KAPPA X – LOCO WHITE WINE 750ML

An Asyrtiko “Out of Place”. It is a label with a limited annual production in numbered bottles. It is produced from the Assyrtiko variety which is fermented and matured for 6 months in 500lt oak barrels. During the maturation the wine is aged in
in contact with its fine lees and is periodically stirred.
The final wine is characterized by minerality and tertiary aromas of maturation. Its acidity is in perfect harmony with its volume and fatness. It is a white wine that has a 5-year aging potential.

Flavours: fruit (white-fleshed peach, apricot), citrus, vanilla.
Varietal composition: 90% Assyrtiko, 10% Sauvignon blanc.
