The Avgoustiatis in the mountain root comes from the semi-mountainous vineyards of Zakynthos and is surprisingly characteristic of the variety and the local ecosystem. Implemented classic red vinification, followed by 12 months aging in new French oak barrels. It boasts the delicate aromas of ripe red fruits, violet, vanilla and pepper notes. Balanced, full and complex in the mouth, with very soft tannins and long finish. Serve at 18-20ºC
